1. General

Bare Nordic is a sole proprietorship based in Sweden. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We sell to private individuals in Sweden, the EU, the UK, and selected non-EU countries.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in SEK and include 25% VAT for EU customers.
For orders outside the EU, 0% VAT applies, and you are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import duties charged by your country.

Payment is handled via Stripe using credit/debit cards. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Shipping

We ship all orders using PostNord’s eco-labeled (Svanen-certified) Varubrev:
– Trackable within Sweden
– Not trackable outside Sweden

If you want trackable shipping for international orders, you must contact us before placing the order – additional fees apply.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery takes 2–5 business days; international times vary.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the date of receipt. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us before returning any items.

5. Complaints & Warranty

If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We follow EU consumer protection laws.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive and approve the returned item. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data according to the GDPR. It is only used to fulfill your order and communicate with you.

8. Disputes

In case of dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. Swedish law applies.
